The 1:1 Coaching Process

After completing a brief intake form to understand your goals and lifestyle, we'll have an initial consultation to further discuss your challenges, goals, get any lingering questions answered and see if coaching is right for you! From there, you will be onboarded into our coach-client shared app platform, and receive your initial personalized game plan including nutrition guidance, meal ideas, and helpful resources tailored to you. Ongoing coaching and support include weekly & monthly check-ins, progress reviews, and plan adjustments, ensuring you build lasting habits and achieve your goals with confidence. I will be there, by your side, every step of the way :).
