About Me

Growing up a competitive dancer, I was reminded that what I did outside of the studio would matter just as much as the hours of practice I was putting in at the studio! That said, in my late teen years I started to develop a plethora of unpleasant gut and health issues that left me feeling run-down on a daily basis. After years of searching for answers, misdiagnosis, and frustration, I decided to take my health into my own hands and heal from the inside out. This led me into a passionate search for the most optimal way to fuel my body, while still enjoying life and not letting my healthy lifestyle feel like a burden.

Since then, I have earned a Bachelor's Degree in Holistic Nutrition via Purdue Global University, completed the Institute for Integrative Nutrition's Health Coach Training Program, a broadly holistic program focused not only on food and nutrition, but many lifestyle, mindset, wellness, business, and coaching skills, and worked closely with Dr. Marc Morris, a professional in the nutrition coaching space for over 10 years, completing his incredible Nutrition Coaching Academy Program, a hands-on practical mentorship program for coaches entering the field.

Flash forward 8 years, and I now help clients navigate their own health concerns, dietary goals and overall wellness, all without over-complication, restriction, or confusion. I wanted to run a coaching business that takes the guesswork out of what to eat, and help people feel confident, energized, and at peace with food. The most rewarding part of what I do is getting to witness the mental shifts and growth when clients begin to realize they can reach their goals without restriction or guilt — watching them gain confidence, enjoy food again, and truly feel good in their own skin.

My coaching style can be described as passionate, caring, and educational. I pride myself in taking the time to get to know each and every client on a personal basis, as I believe connection between coach and client can facilitate the most optimal client results and success. I am dedicated to providing personalized nutrition and health coaching catered to your individual needs, taking my years of education and personal experience and guiding you to achieve your health and wellness goals in a sustainable and enjoyable way! 

The Balanced Approach.

One of the biggest misconceptions is that you have to eat ‘perfectly’ or follow a strict, ultra low-calorie diet to see results. The truth is, lasting progress comes from balance, not extremes. You don’t need to cut out your favorite foods or live off of 1,000-calorie diets to find success. You need a personalized plan alongside a guiding hand to help you find a lifestyle that fits your needs and goals, teaches you balance, and feels sustainable long-term.

Holistic Well-being

Beyond nutrition, I incorporate other aspects of holistic wellness into my coaching, including mindfulness practices, meditation, self-love work, breath-work, fitness/exercise regimens, daily movement, grounding, stress-management, and hygiene habits. I focus on creating a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle for my clients to help them excel in every arena of whole-body health.
